A. E. Fickert has four estimators, who have collectively have over 120 years of experience. Our production staff consists of 14 highly skilled tradesmen, the majority of which have been with A. E. Fickert for more than 5 years, and 5 of which have been with us for more than 10 years.

Mike Bacevich, President, is a graduate of the University of Dayton Business School with a finance degree, and he received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He has provided a "Hands On" management style that has earned the respect of the employees, insurance adjusters and customers in the Miami Valley.
